Merging Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) Increases Communication with Physicians
Overview:
Community successfuly merges Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), leading to a hope for expansion.
Merging EMRs is huge – sharing EMR with [Community X], very easy to look at files between communities. [Community Y] is on a different EMR and have a stack of faxes from them which is very inconvenient and time consuming. Have merged with clinics east, would love to merge with west. Very easy to communicate with physicians in [Community X], send messages through EMR.
